Competitions
Joining a competition is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and take your freediving journey to the next level. We hold multiple freediving competitions in pool and depth throughout the year. We partner with AIDA-accredited judges and safety team, able to supervise and verify national, continental and even world records.
We hold multi-day competitions where athletes can compete in any discipline of their choice.
Our pool competition season takes place from November to April in Panglao, Philippines—one of Asia’s top freediving destinations.
With a comfortable spectator area available, athletes are welcome to invite friends and family to watch and support them throughout the competition. These professionally run events give freedivers the opportunity to test their limits in a welcoming environment, surrounded by the shared passion and strong sense of community that defines Freedive SuperHOME.
Open water competition season is from June to September. We use a counter-ballast system for a safer competition experience. Open water competitions also have a designated spectator area, but one must present an open water freediving certification in order to spectate.
Exciting prizes, in cash and equipment, will be awarded to competition winners. Moreover, at the end of each season, the athlete that racks up the most points will win the season (this is separate from winning individual competitions).

Asian Freediving Cup
Freedive SuperHOME proudly hosts the annual Asian Freediving Cup—the biggest depth competition in Asia. This world-class event attracts top-level freedivers from around the globe, drawn by the opportunity to compete at one of the most professionally run events in the sport. With AIDA world-record status judges on site, all performances are evaluated to the highest international standards, and official world records can be verified. Supporting the competition is our expert safety team, a dedicated group that trains together year-round to ensure smooth, efficient operations and the highest level of safety for every athlete.​
Held in Panglao, Philippines, this international freediving competition takes place on Freedive SuperHOME’s purpose-built platform. The setup features two main competition lines equipped with a counter-ballast emergency system, along with four warm-up lines to accommodate athletes preparing for their dives. Combined with ideal ocean conditions and a tightly coordinated team, Freedive SuperHOME offers one of the safest and most advanced freediving environments in the world—making the Asian Freediving Cup a must-attend event on the global freediving calendar.
