Training
Seasoned freedivers and athletes aiming to push their depth limits, we offer autonomous training to those who can provide a Molchanovs Wave 3, AIDA 4, or equivalent qualifications and above. Furthermore, we offer coaching sessions from world-renowned instructors, as well as safety to deep divers in preparation for competition.
Autonomous
We are also located right along Doljo Beach so we have access to open water right at our doorstep. For open water training, our experienced boat captains will transport you on a brief boat journey beyond the reef, where depths can plunge to 300+ meters.
You'll be paired with other qualified freedivers on a buoy, ensuring a safe experience. This provides a wonderful opportunity to connect and learn from others.

What’s more is that we have our very own SuperHOME Scheduler to reserve and cancel slots without having to do it onsite or in person.
We offer monthly subscriptions for OW training on buoys. At 9,600php per calender month, you can do unlimited open water trainings in the morning and afternoon daily, except during major holidays and other conditions outside of our control. If you’re in Panglao for less than a month, you may also opt to pay per session at 800php each time.
In order to ensure the safety of all freedivers training at Freedive SuperHOME, one of our trusted safeties will conduct an assessment before granting permission for autonomous training. This entails the presence of a dedicated SuperHOME safety team member during an open-water session to confirm your adherence to best practices in freediving.

Coached
Need expert advice to take your freediving journey to the next level? Whether you require coaching for the pool or open water, we will connect you with an experienced freediving instructor who can assist you in addressing your specific areas of concern.
We have in-house instructors as well as a community of freelance instructors ready to help you achieve deeper, safer, and more enjoyable dives. This option is particularly popular among freedivers who do not yet qualify for Autonomous Training.

Pay for Pro-Safety
Are you preparing for a competition, aiming for a personal best, or just looking to relish your own dives without the obligation to provide safety for your training partners? You have the option to select safety freedivers from our dedicated team, affording you to calmly pursue your target depth.
These are the very individuals who concurrently serve as the safety team responsible for the well-being of athletes partaking in the various competitions we host throughout the year.

Platform
Freedive SuperHome not only offers drift diving on buoys, but since 2024, we now have a state of the art platform dawning a total of 6 lines; 2 of which are equipped with a counter ballast system.

Divers looking to take their training to the next level can avail platform training. For platform training, we prioritise deeper depths in case of reaching full capacity.

Pool
Freedive SuperHome is your one-stop shop to train. We have a pool meticulously maintained by our staff daily for those who want to improve their performance in the dynamic disciplines. You are free to use our dry area to stretch and do dry exercises. Additionally, we provide a selection of essential equipment for pool usage, conveniently stored in our designated equipment crate. You'll find items like neckweights, markers, and other tools readily available to help you train.
Pool specs:

- 25m length | 1.8m depth
- Maximum 8 people at a time
